Hello foodies!

My name is Margarita, and I love food and excercise! I like fueling my body with the best food and ingredients, while I become stronger and leaner with the proper workouts. But do you know what I don’t like? GREENS! Sorry, not sorry! I never learnt to eat them, and till today I refuse to fill up my plate with lettuce. But that has not been an impediment for  me to eat healthy! I believe in a fit journey which involves inner growth and fun at the same time – where you can eat your favourite foods in a healthy and delicious way! Because being healthy is more than just eating salad!

 

The food that I love most is the one that tastes amazing without making me feel heavy and guitly! In the last few years I have done my research about food, nutrition and the benefits of different ingredients. I have learnt how to make all of the most delicious dishes, while keeping them light and fresh. Now I know so many healthy swaps to keep my food tasty but slashing unnecesary fat and sugars.

 

In the last years, I also got to know many workout trends. I tried many of them! From Blogilates, passing by PIIT28, BBG and TIU. All of them helped me a lot in the pursuit of a fitter body and a healthier lifestyle. Finally I grew into a more flexible workout routine, into which I have included a bit of all of them, plus the occasional running (although I suck at it) and Zumba (love it)!

 

Here I hope to inspire you on your own health journey. I hope you’ll find many recipes which will help you eat delicious foods, all the while eating healthy and fresh ingredients. My goal is also to show you a bit of the workouts and tips that I have tried, in an attempt to help you choose those that fit best with your lifestyle!
