EGG FILLED PEPPERS

INGREDIENTS

1 Bell pepper

2 Eggs

DIRECTIONS

  1. Wash and cut the bell pepper length wise.
  2. Preheat the oven to 200C/392F. While it is heating up, place the bell peppers in the oven skin side up.
  3. When the oven finishes heating up, take the bell peppers out and break the eggs into each half. Season with salt.
  4. Bake for 12 minutes or until the white has completely cooked. If you prefer the yolk harder, leave it 3 extra minutes.
