This Smoothie Bowl is like a dessert in the morning, plus bowls are more satisfying than normal smoothies. SMOOTHIE BOWL

Time: 15 minutes

Portions: 2 -1 bowl each-

Calories: 200 cals

INGREDIENTS:

SMOOTHIE:

200ml Skyr or greek yoghurt

1 Frozen banana

1 Cup frozen berries

1/3 Cucumber

TOPPINGS:

1 Fresh banana

1 tsp Oats

1 tsp Chia seeds

 

DIRECTIONS:

  1. Put the skyr, cucumber and frozen banana and berries in the blender until smooth.
  2. When smooth, divide in 2 bowls.
  3. Decide how you are gonna decorate it!
  4. Slice half a banana over each of the bowls.
  5. Sprinkle the oats and the chia seeds to make it gorgeous!
